Sikker og nem bestilling

Du foretager et køb på DKSTORM.DK ved at udvælge og klikke på "Læg i kurv" på de varer du ønsker. Herefter henvises du til indkøbskurven, hvor du har mulighed for at vælge variant, ændre antallet af varer eller fjerne varer.
Dernæst ledes du igennem bestillings- og købsproceduren, bl.a. bliver du bedt om at indtaste dine personlige data vedrørende din adresse, din e-mail, den ønskede betalingsmetode og leveringsmetode m.m.
Slutteligt skal du accepterer vores handelsbetingelser, og godkende din ordre. Du kan til enhver tid bladre tilbage og foretage ændringer til det indtastede, inden du godkender din ordre. Du har mulighed for at dobbelt-tjekke din bestilling inden du godkender købet. Efter godkendelse modtager du en ordrebekræftelse/faktura for din bestilling på e-mail.
Vi anbefaler, at du gemmer din bekræftelse og evt. printer den ud.

 

Betaling 

Betaling for bestilte varer kan ske via Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, Visa Electron og mange andre. Øvrige betalingskort understøttes ikke hvis ikke det er præsenteret ved check out. Beløbet hæves først på dit kort, når varen afsendes.

 

Levering:
DK STORM lægger utrolig meget vægt på at yde en god og rimelig service for vores kunder.

Bestillinger foretaget inden kl 15:00 man- fredag, pakkes og sendes (hvis muligt) samme dag
. - Vi sender ikke ordrer afsted , lør- søn- og helligdage! - Nogle dage kan være så travle, at vi ser os nødsaget til at udskyde pakningen til hverdagen efter(Men det sker meget meget sjældent), med det forbehold, at vi stadig kan stå inde for de leveringsdage vi har oplyst. Vi tager forbehold for varer der ikke er på lager eller ved forsinkelser, og i dette tilfælde vil du blive kontaktet pr. registreret mailadresse.

 

Fortrydelsesret:
Du har altid 14 dages fortrydelsesret, når du handler hos DK STORM. Fortrydelsesretten løber fra den dag, hvor du har modtaget din vare.

Fortrydelse af en del af købet
Hvis du har købt flere varer hos os, har du mulighed for at sende én eller flere varer retur, selvom de er købt
under én ordre. Bemærk, at du ikke får leveringsomkostningerne retur, hvis du fortryder en del af dit køb.

Du skal inden 14 dage fra modtagelse give os meddelelse om, at du ønsker at fortryde dit køb. Meddelelsen skal gives via mail. I din meddelelse skal du gøre os tydeligt opmærksom på, at du ønsker at udnytte din fortrydelsesret, husk at oplyse dit ordrenr.

Din ordre skal sendes retur til os uden unødig forsinkelse og senest 14 dage efter, du har meddelt os, at du ønsker at fortryde dit køb. Du kan benytte dig af vores returlabel. Du bærer risikoen for varen indtil vi har modtaget varen, og ved returnering er du ansvarlig for, at varen er pakket forsvarligt ind, så varen er som da du modtog den fra os. Varen skal være ubrugt og være i samme stand som da du modtog den.

 

VARENS STAND, NÅR DU SENDER RETUR:
Du hæfter kun for eventuel forringelse af varens værdi, som skyldes anden håndtering, end hvad der er nødvendigt for at fastslå varens art, egenskaber og den måde, den fungerer på. Med andre ord – du kan prøve varen på samme måde, som hvis du prøvede den i en fysisk butik, men du må ikke tage den egentlig i brug.

Hvis varen er prøvet udover, hvad der beskrevet ovenfor, betragter vi den som brugt, hvilket betyder, at du ved fortrydelse af købet kun får en del eller intet af købsbeløbet retur, afhængig af varens handelsmæssige værdi.

Manglende original emballage kan muligvis udgøre en værdiforringelse, så for at være sikker på at kunne modtage dine penge retur, anbefales det, at varen returneres i original emballage.

 

TILBAGEBETALING AF KØBSBELØBET:
Hvis du fortryder dit køb, får du det beløb du har indbetalt til os, tilbage. I tilfælde af en værdiforringelse, som du hæfter for, fratrækkes denne i købsbeløbet.

Hvis du benytter din fortrydelsesret, refunderer vi den betaling vi har modtaget fra dig, herunder leveringsomkostninger (dog ikke ekstra omkostninger som følge af dit eget valg af en anden leveringsform, end den billigste form for standardlevering, som vi tilbyder), uden unødig forsinkelse og under alle omstændigheder senest 14 dage fra den dato, hvor vi har modtaget meddelelse om din beslutning om at fortryde denne aftale. Vi gennemfører en sådan tilbagebetaling med samme betalingsmiddel, som du benyttede ved den oprindelige transaktion, medmindre du udtrykkeligt har indvilget i noget andet og vi har aftalt anden betalingsmiddel.

Vi kan tilbageholde tilbagebetalingen, indtil vi har modtaget varen retur, med mindre du inden da har fremlagt dokumentation for at have returneret den.

Hvis du undlader at hente din pakke på posthuset:
Hvis du fortryder dit køb efter afsendelsen, eller i mens pakken ligger og venter på posthuset eller det sted pakken skal afhentes, samt hvis du nægter modtagelse af varen, skal du stadig skrive til os pr. mail, at du ønsker at returnere din vare. - Hvis du ønsker at lade pakken gå retur til os, eller ikke afhenter i tide vil vi opkræve et beløb på 79kr.

Hvis adressen er forkert, ukendt på adressen el. andet:
Hvis vi får din ordre retur grundet at din indtastede adresse er forkert, (herunder også stavet forkert), eller at modtageren er ubekendt på adresse (herunder også hvis modtagerens navn ikke står på postkassen), vil der ligeledes opkræves et beløb på 149,- i administrationsgebyr. Sørg derfor altid for at gennemlæse dine oplysninger grundigt når du har tastet dem ind ved dit køb.

Reklamationsret:
Når du handler hos DK STORM har du selvfølgelig 24 måneders reklamationsret.
Dette betyder, at du enten kan få varen repareret, ombyttet, pengene tilbage eller afslag i prisen, afhængig af den konkrete situation. Dette betinger selvfølgelig, at reklamationen er berettiget, og at manglen ikke er opstået som følge af en fejlagtig brug af produktet eller anden skadeforvoldende adfærd.

Der skal reklameres inden rimelig tid efter, at du har opdaget manglen ved varen. Hvis der reklameres inden for to måneder efter, at manglen er opdaget, vil reklamationen altid være rettidig.

Skulle du være så uheldig at modtage en fejlagtig vare, eller en vare med defekt osv. SKAL du kontakte DK STORM's kundeservice inden du sender retur. Er reklamationen berettiget.

Du kan også sende retur på anden vis. Bemærk dog, at vi kun refunderer (rimelige) omkostninger ifm. din returnering. Varen skal altid sendes tilbage i forsvarlig emballage, og benytter du dig ikke af vores returlabel, skal du sørge for at få en kvittering for afsendelse. I tilfældet, skal det indsendes til vores adresse.


Når du returnerer varen, bedes du vedlægge følgende:
- Detaljeret beskrivelse af fejlen
- Registreringsnummer og kontonummer.

Bemærk! Vi modtager ikke pakker sendt pr. efterkrav eller lignende.

 

Persondatapolitik:
For at du kan indgå en online aftale med DK STORM, har vi brug for følgende oplysninger som minimum: Navn, adresse, telefonnummer og emailadresse.

Vi registrerer og videregiver dine personoplysninger med det formål at kunne levere varen til dig. Personoplysningerne registreres hos DK STORM og opbevares i fem år, hvorefter oplysningerne slettes.

Den dataansvarlig er Storm Schlüter, ejeren af DK STORM og webshoppen DKSTORM.DK, og har, som den eneste sammen med medarbejdere som arbejder for DK STORM, adgang til de oplysninger, der registreres om dig.

Som registreret hos DK STORM har du altid ret til at gøre indsigelse mod registreringen. Du har også ret til indsigt i hvilke oplysninger, der er registreret om dig. Disse rettigheder har du efter persondataloven og henvendelse i forbindelse hermed rettes til os i DK STORM.

 

KLAGEADGANG:
Hvis du vil klage over dit køb, skal du rette henvendelse til os.

 

Vi vil gøre vores bedste for at finde en god løsning, men hvis det ikke lykkes os at finde en løsning, kan du indgive en klage til relevante nævn på området, såfremt betingelserne herfor er opfyldt.

Forbehold

Vi tager forbehold for trykfejl, tastefejl, indtastningsfejl, prisstigninger, prisændringer, varer der er udgået, leveringssvigt fra leverandøren, udsolgte varer, gengivelsesfejl og tekniske problemer på den enhed kunden bruger, som kan påvirke indkøbet på vores webshop. 

 

Fejl

Vi har en meget velfungerende webshop som er et sikkert sted at handle, og vi har ikke oplevet klager fra vores kunder. Dog ønsker vi at imødekomme småfejl som kan forekomme på den enhed vores kunder anvender til at handle hos os. Disse småfejl kan være usynligt for os, men kan være til gene for vores kunder, derfor ønsker vi at mødekomme dem, hvis det nogensinde sker.

Safe and easy use 


You make a purchase at DKSTORM.DK by selecting and clicking "Add to cart" on the items you want. Then you are able to be directed to the shopping cart where you can choose a variant, change the number of items or remove items.
Next, you will be guided through the order and purchase procedure, then you will be asked to enter your personal data regarding your address, email, payment method and delivery method, etc.
Finally, you will be asked to read and accept our terms of trade and approve your order. You can always go back and make changes to the entered informations or order before you approve your order. You have the opportunity to double check your order before accepting the purchase. After approval, you will receive an order confirmation / invoice for your order by e-mail.
We recommend that you save your confirmation and print it out if needed.

 

Payment

Payment for ordered items can be done via Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, Visa Electron and many others. Other credit cards are not supported if not presented at check out. The amount will be paid when the item/items is shipped. In some cases the amount will be reserved to begin with and then paid when the item/items is shipped.

Delivery:
DK STORM attaches great importance to providing a good and reasonable service for our customers.

Orders made before 15:00 on a working day, will be packed and sent (if possible) same day. - We do not ship orders on Saturday and public holidays! - Some days may be so busy that we see ourselves forced to postpone the package for everyday life (but it happens very rarely), with the proviso that we can still stand for the delivery days we have provided. We reserve a reservation for items that are not in stock or at delays, and in this case you will be contacted per. registered email address.

Returns:


You always have 14 days to return your order if you want your money back, when you shop in DK STORM's webshop. The right of cancellation starts on the day you receive your item. All you have to do is contact us first and tell us why and fill the return-form. 

How to return order/items correctly

  1. You must, within 14 days of receipt, inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase and the reason for the return. The notification must be given by mail.

  2. In your message, please make clear that you wish to use your right to return your order/item,  and please remember to provide your order number. You are responsibel to what you purchase online and to return it in the same condition as received. 

  3. Pack the item/items you wish to return, and write the correct informations, and add it to the packadge and make sure the shipping adress (DK STORM's shipping adress) is correct and visible. 

  4. Go to the nearest postoffice and send the package to us.


Your order must be returned to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to return your order. You can use our return label. You carry the risk of the goods until we have received the goods, and upon return you are responsible for the item being packed properly so that the item is as you received it from us. The product must be unused and be in the same condition as when you received it. Item must be sellable when returned. Note that our shipping fee is in some cases included in our product price, and other cases it is paid separately and paid to an extern shipping service, therefore you will pay an amount of 39 DKK in administration fee, if you are a customer from Denmark, and if you are a customer from other countries you, as a customer, must pay for the shipping of the return plus administration fee at the amount of 80 DKK.

Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased more items from us, you have the option to return one or more items even though they are purchased under one order. Please note that you will not get the delivery costs returned if you regret part of your purchase.

You must, within 14 days of receipt, inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by mail. In your message, please make clear that you wish to use your right to return your order,  and please remember to provide your order number and order.

Your order must be returned to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can use our return label. You carry the risk of the goods until we have received the goods, and upon return you are responsible for the item being packed properly so that the item is as you received it from us. The product must be unused and be in the same condition as when you received it.


STANDARD WHEN YOU SHIP RETURN:
You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you should not really use it.

If the product is beyond what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of return of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant's commercial value.

Lack of original packaging may be a depreciation, so in order to be sure to receive your money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging.

REPAYMENT OF BUYING BENEFITS:
If you regret your purchase, you will receive the amount you have paid back to us. In the case of a depreciation you claim, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you use your right to return, we will refund the payment we received from you (but no additional costs due to your choice of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and in any case, within 14 days from the date on which we have received notice of your decision to return in this agreement. We make such repayment with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise and we have agreed on another payment method.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the return, unless you have submitted documentation before returning it.

 


If you fail to pick up your package at the post office:
If you regret your purchase after shipment, or while the package is waiting for the post office or the place where the package is to be picked up, and if you refuse receipt of the item, please read our return policy and write to us by mail. Mail that you want to return your item. - If you want to leave the package return to us or do not pick up on time we will charge an amount of 79kr.

If the address is incorrect, unknown at the address etc.:
If we get your order returned due to your incorrect address (including spelled incorrectly) or the recipient is unknown at the address (including if the recipient's name is not in the mailbox), an amount of DKK 149 will also be charged in administration fee. Therefore, always be sure to read your information thoroughly after you have written/entered them to your purchase. 

 

Giftcard

Giftcards can only be used in our webshop. Some giftcards are refundable for the gift-receiver only, and the gift-receiver is able to get the money back, but only the giftcard amount, not the administration fee. The administration fee will be charged when purchasing the giftcard. If you wish to be able to get refund for the full amount choose another type of giftcard, which allows you to buy giftcard without a fee, but giftcard-receiver can not get a refund or return giftcard, but is able to use the giftcard in our webshop. See the gift card expiration date on the gift card when received.

Warranty:
When you shop at DK STORM, you have 24 months of warranty.
This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. This, of course, means that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

It must be advertised within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect of the item. If advertised within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

Should you be so unlucky to receive an erroneous item, or a defective item, etc. Should you contact DK STORM's customer service before returning. Is the complaint justified.

You can also send return in another way. Please note, however, that we only refund (reasonable) costs ifm. your return. The item must always be returned in proper packaging and if you do not use our return label, make sure you receive a receipt for shipping. In case, it must be submitted to our address.


When you return the item, please attach the following:
- Detailed description of the error
- Registration number and account number.

Note! We do not receive packages sent per. demand or the like.

Privacy Policy:
In order for you to enter an online agreement with DK STORM, we need the following information as a minimum: Name, address, phone number and email address.

We register and disclose your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you. The personal data are registered with DK STORM and are kept for five years after which the information is deleted.

The data controller is Storm Schlüter, the owner of DK STORM and the webshop DKSTORM.DK and, as the only one with employees working for DK STORM, has access to the information that is registered about you.

As registered with DK STORM, you are always entitled to object to registration. You also have the right to understand what information is registered about you. These rights are in accordance with the Personal Data Act and please contact DK STORM.

APPEALS:
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact os.

We will do our best to find a good solution, but if we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint to the relevant board in the area if the conditions are met.

If you are a resident of a EU country other than Denmark, you can appeal to the EU Commission's online complaint portal here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr

 

Problems
We are subject to printing errors, typo errors, typographical errors, price increases, price changes, expired goods, supplier failure, out of stock products, reproduction errors, and technical issues to the device the customer uses, which may affect the purchase on our webshop.
